Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The product is in resellable condition

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Gift sets where the seal has been broken
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless faulty)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eliqa-skin.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
